Let’s Move! is a fitness campaign, launched by the First Lady Michelle Obama, dedicated to decreasing childhood obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up into healthy adults and be able to pursue their dreams. Let's Move! is about putting children on the path to live a healthy lifestyle during their earliest years of their lives. Parts of this initiative include: giving parents helpful information, fostering healthy environments, providing healthier foods in our schools, ensuring that every family has access to healthy, affordable food, and helping kids become more physically active.
